Macildowie HR are are working with a very well known business Leicester as they are looking for an HR Administrator to join their friendly and vibrant team for a 9 month FTC! This role is due to start ASAP and is offering up to £18,000 plus other benefits.
- You will provide an efficient and effective administrative support within the HR team, handling both external and internal enquiries in relation to pre-employment checks.
- The role will focus around pre-employment, specifically processing of new contract request forms, chasing of references and updating relevant trackers and reports
- You will also ensure compliance and accuracy by confirming the status with the Home Office and other regulations
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have high levels of accuracy and experience in a fast moving environment, preferably HR or Recruitment.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the proven ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Ability to work within a large team that is ever changing and adapting to new circumstances
