Job Description

Macildowie HR are working with a top organisation in Coventry as they are looking for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their fast paced team! This is a temporary position to assist the HR & recruitment teams on various aspects of HR in order to ensure that the business keep to their high standards and SLA's. The role is looking to pay between £9 and £11 an hour.

The Role

The role is responsible for providing an efficient and effective HR administrative service whilst accurately maintaining the HR system, providing relevant and timely management information and dealing with generalist HR queries.

You will also coordinate job advertising and hiring activity alongside any other required HR administration tasks that will include job posting to internal systems and external advertising media alongside management of internal and external job advertising activities, marketing collateral, and timelines whilst linking in with the rest of the team. Maintenance of recruitment records and hiring support materials will fall within this remit as you will be the first point of contact regarding live role administration and advertising activities.

The other key aspect of this role is supporting Hiring Managers and candidates with hiring process queries which will be mostly via email and telephone so you must evidence that you can provide good customer service to all stakeholders internally and externally.

The Ideal Candidate

This role requires someone with process orientated administration skills and experience of quickly learning and operating various digital platforms such as an ATS, CRM or similar process driven management tool. You must also have advanced MS Office skills across email, Word and Excel with desirable skills including Power Point & Visio.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as this is a customer service styled function.
