Macildowie HR is delighted to be working with a leading Northamptonshire business who are looking to hire a HR Administrator to join their busy and growing team. This role is vital to the operation of the business, and is offered on a 6-month contract basis paying £21,500 per annum.
In this role you will be working at a high pace to provide comprehensive HR administration for the whole employee lifecycle.
You will be heavily involved in the induction and integration for new hires, including the creation of personnel files and checking of required documentation, entering of new starter details on the SAP and Kronos systems and completion of probationary reviews.
The next key area of responsibility you may be involved in is to own all recruitment administration, from helping to create engaging job advertisements, through to arranging interviews, to onboarding checks and referencing.
As well as all the above you will also be involved in ad-hoc projects with the remit of really challenging HR processes. Naturally within this role you will be completing the vital, transactional administration that is paramount to the organisations success.
The ability to build relationships with people of all levels, including senior management, is vital for this role, alongside a positive and self starting attitude, being able to work with little supervision.
The ideal candidate for this role will also have previous experience in a busy, fast paced HR environment, having looked after the administration of the full employee lifecycle.
Excellent attention to detail, with great verbal and written communication are also must have traits.
CIPD qualification is not a necessity but would be advantageous, alongside being degree level educated.
