Macildowie HR are fortunate enough to be working exclusively on a part time HR Admin role based in South Leicestershire. You will be responsible to the HR Manager who is professional, proactive and guiding the HR team through an exciting period of change. The longevity within this company is unparalleled when people join, they stay.
They are flexible with the hours you would like to work but you will complete 22.5 hours/week.
To be successful with your application you must have proven HR Admin experience, ideally for longer than 12 months. They are looking for someone who will hit the ground running and who the reporting manager is happy to leave to their own devises.
This is a very varied role, no two days will be the same.
So... what will you be up to?
This is a true HR Admin position, you will be responsible for sending out all offer letters and contracts, processing job offer letters and note taking in ER cases. You will also assist with the admin support for the recruitment process including arranging interviews, sending out of confirmations and delivering offers or rejections.
You will be the HR contact responsible for generating reports such as end of month data and updates on absence etc.
Everyone shares responsibilities within the team however you will be responsible for the entire starter and leaver process, updating of the policies and procedures and managing the new recruitment portal.
