12 month fixed term contact
£19,000p.a. - £20,000p.a.
This is an exciting new role for a growing manufacturing company in South Leicestershire!
Macildowie are thrilled to be working once again with one of their longstanding clients on an opportunity in their HR team.
You will join their team of 4 HR professionals on a 12-month contract and provide invaluable support during a very busy time.
The duties of this role are completely generalist but you will provide administration support to all elements of HR. As I am sure you can imagine, attention to detail is paramount for such a role and therefore this position does need someone who has worked within HR before.
You will be inputting data into the HR system and generating very valuable and important reports that go directly to the HRD, therefore no errors can be made. You will input all starters and leavers on to the system, make any contractual changes and send out any company contracts and offer letters.
There are a number of ongoing projects within this role and therefore you will be required to assist on potential system updates, correspondence and company comms with any relevant updates, data analysis and reporting. You will also assist with change management, be the point of contact for all authorisations on paperwork and matrix and lead a project on harmonisation.
This is a high volume administration role and the results of a busy HR team rely on this roles support - think you are up for the job? If you have previous HR Admin experience then please do apply.
