Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with an amazing manufacturing organisation in Northampton who are seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR team. The role will be truly generalist and provide someone with a great opportunity to develop their career within a fast paced and forward thinking environment. The role will pay around £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience.
You will be responsible for advising on a variety of ER and HR issues including sickness absence, performance and terms and conditions. You will provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle to managers as well as staff. You will be advising with disciplinary and grievances as well as supporting the follow up process. You will be using management information to report on ER trends through out the organisation and then presenting this information to the relevant stakeholders. You will also be involved with various other adhoc projects.
You will have experience of working within a similar role and must have experience within a recent HR advisory position. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and use your initiative to take one different projects and roles. You should be a passionate and hardworking and keen to develop your career within a generalist role.
