Job Description

Macildowie are working with a company based in Luton, they are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This role is paying between £26,000-£30,000 dependant on experience.

The Role
This is an exciting time to join a growing organisation as a HR Advisor. As an Advisor you will be working on a variety of tasks; reviewing processes and policies, making commercial decisions, administration, employee relations, and any ad-hoc tasks that may be required.
You will be focused on giving manager's advice and support for employee related issues, you will be managing cases from start to finish and coaching managers through the process, and make sure they have a good understanding of how to deal with each case.

The Candidate
You will need to be immediately available, have experience within a HR or learning and development position and dealing with employee relations. This role is very generalist and requires someone who is pro-active, enthusiastic, able to multi-task and hard working.
You need to be a forward thinker and have the confidence to put forward suggestions. Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment is essential for this position. If you experience of working with unions that would be beneficial.
