Macildowie are working with a company based in Milton Keynes, they are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This newly created role is paying up to £30,000 dependant on experience.
This is an exciting time to join a growing organisation as a HR Advisor. As an Advisor you will be working on an exciting project that involves liaising with key stakeholders . Supplier management and the charities /sponsorship main contact within the business.
If you are a HR generalist looking for the opportunity to be involved with projects, employee engagement and inductions aswell as strategy and analytical side of HR then this could be for you.
You will need to have experience within a HR position and dealing building strong internal and external relationships from within a corporate environment.
You need to be a forward thinker and have the confidence to put forward suggestions. Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment is essential for this position. If you have experience of working with an intranet system, and covering learning and development projects, this would be beneficial.
