Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to support with a new project for them, you will be a joining an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR team with a clear opportunity to manage change across the business.
You will be supporting with project management and implementation, working closely with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders across the business. You will also work with the project lead in the delivery of all related awareness and communications, both acting as 'change agents' and ambassador across the organisation for Unified Communications.
This role requires someone who is comfortable with a mix of HR admin and advisory work, is resourceful and likes change. To be successful in this role you must have current HR experience. You will have daily contact with employees and provide them with practical HR advice. You need a pragmatic approach and be able to offer employees different options that are commercially focused. You will have experience and understanding of employment law and best practice associated with changes including TUPE, redeployment, redundancy, and demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of people performance management advice.
To be successful you will need a solid understanding of advising on organisational and operational change programmes and initiatives. You must understand the change cycle and how to take people through to ensure buy in and engagement. As well as the ability to produce communication and project plan, ensuring review/measurement of project.
