A fantastic Nottingham City Centre based are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team initially on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to work within a great HR team who offer a great working environment.
You will provide customer focused and comprehensive HR advice and support to managers, employees and partners in line within organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. You will be working as part of the HR team to provide HR support to all areas of the business, ensuring all employees are treated fairly and consistently. You will advise line managers on a range of management topics and also guide and support investigating officers in carrying out investigations; including grievance, disciplinary, harassment and bullying and whistleblowing. Development and reviewing of policies and procedures will be required to ensure they reflect current employment law and good practice, you will then assist with the delivery of training across the business.
You will liaise with managers to ensure probation reviews and full inductions are taking place. You will also work with line managers to coordinate the management of employees on Long Term Sick.
You will also be a real team player and ensure HR Administration and HR team processes are completed to a high quality and in a timely and effective manner.
