You will take on the role of a true HR generalist, so you must enjoy having a varied and busy role and be keen to develop your HR Skills whilst being involved in and managing complex ER cases. You will be active in direct recruitment as well as supporting the HR Manager with processes, new ideas will always be welcomed. A slightly process focused mind would be advantageous so you are able to conduct research and analyse key aspects of the business performance, identify areas of performance improvement, manage the reporting processes, as well as analysing and implementing changes to the reward platform and performance system. HR presentations will need to be created for senior management, the team and external customers.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD part qualified, have excellent written and verbal communication, able to work well as part of a team and use own initiative, has the ability to problem solve and apply lateral thinking as appropriate, able to prioritise workloads and meet competing demands, good presentation skills incorporating PowerPoint, Excel etc. and good attention to detail and accuracy.
