Macildowie HR are working with a super FMCG in the Leicester area! This exciting and dynamic team is on the lookout for an HR Officer to join the team permanently. This role plays a critical part within the department as you will be supporting the team across 2 sites. High ER exposure and case load experience would definitely be advantageous! The shift pattern in this role would suit someone who prefers working in the afternoon!
Supporting the busy HR team across two sites you will be providing a professional, comprehensive and efficient HR service
You will be involved in all aspects of a generalist HR function; supporting managers with case management to include performance, absence, misconduct and grievance meetings
Providing and producing departmental and business statistical information and reports
Controlling and monitoring training and development activities in addition to writing courses for employees and management based on the organisation's policies, procedures and vision
As well as the management and coordination of sickness absence cases, general HR administration and updating and maintaining the electronic HR system
The Ideal Candidate
Experience gained in a similar dedicated generalist HR function
Experienced in case management to include conducting performance, absence, misconduct and grievance meetings
Good working knowledge of employment legislation
Proven ability to build effective interpersonal relationships
