Macildowie HR are working with a really interesting and rewarding business in Peterborough who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. This is a permanent position paying up to £30,000 for the right candidate.
As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for all escalated HR and ER within the business. You will work with the management and leadership teams to consult and advise on a number of topics and will specifically lead on a range of ER cases from disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management etc. Up-skilling and developing line managers is a key focus for the business moving forwards and so developing and delivering training material will be an important area of this role to up-skill line manager capability.
Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will gain lots of exposure to HR projects and strategy and will deputies for them when necessary. You will be leading on different business critical projects and really supporting with the continued growth of the business.

You will have previous experience working in a similar role and will specifically have experience of working with senior management teams to advise on a range of HR and ER issues. You will have experience working within a large organisation and will be able to work with the wider HR team to align processes and policies ensuring consistency across the business. You will have a great work ethic and will be keen to come in and grow within in the role.
