The Opportunity

A large UK organisation based in Warwick is looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR Team in driving forward the business. Looking for someone with a track record of working in a fast-paced organisation in a generalist HR role delivering excellent results. This role is a perfect development opportunity for the HR Advisor to gain more experience in projects. Based in Warwick paying £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience. The role is initially a 3 month cover of long term sick leave.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Director, you use your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with Managers in order to advise in a coaching style on all employee relations issues such as: disciplinaries and grievances, performance management, absence management resourcing and staff management/ development and TUPE and policies & procedures ensuring these are dealt with fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements. You will use your experience and confidence to support on recruitment campaigns, talent management and succession planning. You will be highly analytical and be advanced in excel in order to provide regular ad hoc management information packs as well as full analyses reports.

Occasional travel will be required to support chosen sites around the UK, on an average of three times a week.

The Candidate

You will be an experience HR generalist with excellent experience in advising line managers a range of employee relations issues. You will be an excellent communicator and able to push back on managers in coaching style and able to build strong relationships with line managers. It's important you're analytical and able to create extensive management information and have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, able to analyse, manipulate and interpret data and inform managers about business risks and opportunities. You will be immediately available with a full UK Driving licence.
