Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a values-driven business in Nottingham City centre who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy and close knit HR team. This is a generalist HR role within the care sector, which will expose you to the whole employment lifecycle, including exposure to complex ER cases, change management and TUPE.

The Role:
You will be responsible for giving HR advice to managers within the business including, but not limited to, absence management, sickness absence, performance, employee relations, recruitment and policies and procedures. You will be reporting into the HR Team Leader and will assist in the delivery of change programmes projects as well as people management initiatives. You will build effective relationships with key stakeholders and give advice in a timely and efficient manor.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience of dealing with complex ER casework, change management and some experience of TUPE. You will have the ability to handle sensitive cases in a calm and professional manor and you should have a desire to work in a team environment. You should have or be studying towards your CIPD and you should ideally have experience within a similar role.
