Job Description

Macildowie HR are working with a fab employer in Leicester. This busy manufacturing organisation are looking for an HR Advisor to tackle ER cases, work on projects alongside the HR Business Partners and continue to build relationships within the business. Offering £23,000-£25,000 plus other benefits.

The Role

Provide advice and support to line managers on a range of disciplinary and grievance issues, up to and including dismissal.

Report on absence and provide advice to management on absence issues by managing absence caseload and long term sickness Advise managers on the performance management processes by carrying out reviews and chasing up

Work with line managers in the business to discuss individual recruitment needs

Sit with line managers to scope out roles as well as writing job specifications and advertising accordingly

Work alongside the HR Business Partners to continue projects involving policies and procedures and commercial needs of the business

Ideal Candidate

Recent experience within a manufacturing/distribution type business

Operating at HR Advisor level or Senior HR Assistant

Heavy ER caseload experience and a passion for ER!

Can do attitude with a driven personality
