Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation based in Northamptonshire who are seeking a ER Advisor to join their team. This is a really progressive and exciting role that will provide someone with a brilliant platform to develop their career upon. This role is covering a maternity cover contract.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing first line guidance and advice to both employees and managers through out the business on a variety of different ER cases. You will be responsible for upskilling managers with relevant process and policy to ensure that they are able to take responsibility for their divisions. You will be ensuring that ER processes are adhered to throughout the wider organisation. You will also be working with the legal teams to ensure that more complex cases are dealt with in the correct way.
You will be responsible for conducting investigations and then leading on disciplinary meetings.
You will be using management information to report on ER trends within the organisation. Within the wider HR team, you will have the opportunity to participate various adhoc projects which could include working on numerous restructures, setting up new departments and many more.
You will have experience of working within a similar role and must have experience within a recent HR environment. You will be able to use your initiative to problem solve as well as be able to work as part of a busy HR team. You will be able to prioritise your work load effectively and be able to deal with high volumes of case loads. You will be looking to progress within your career.
