Macildowie HR is currently working with a large organisation based in Milton Keynes who is looking for a HR Advisor to join their shared service team. The HR Advisory Services team are a small group within the HR services function who provide advisory support to both employees and managers across a wide range of HR processes and issues including ER work.
The HR Advisory Services Senior Assistant will provide support to the HR Advisory Services Team Leader and Manager as well as taking ownership for allocated case work and administration: Responsibilities include;
-Provide end to end case management of ER cases currently supported by the SSO
-Provide day to day advisory support to employees, managers and partners across the organisation through case management as escalated by the HR Helpdesk
-Manage escalations as allocated both from SSO and wider HR teams, ensuring appropriate follow up and management of stakeholders
-Provide an employee focussed experience through the timely and accurate completion of queries and activities, ensuring all service level agreements are met
-Ensure all SAP related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.
-Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
-Escalate more complex queries to the team leader.
-Take responsibility for keeping up to date with HR policy and process developments.
-Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.
-Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the SSO and wider HR community
-Pro-actively identify and recommend process improvements through appropriate channels
-Support the maintenance of internal training guides, intranet content and team training as appropriate
-Management of the HR Advisory Services inbox including responding to queries or directing the query to the appropriate team member
-To manage and maintain the case management system in line with SSO and HR processes
-Ensure appropriate escalation of cases, where required, to the HR Advisory Services Team Leader
-Provide note taking at formal meetings as required by both the ER and PS teams all matters of conduct and capability, dispute resolution and transactions
