Macildowie HR are supporting a vastly growing organisation based in Newark to source a HR Advisor to join their team. This is a brand new position and will be supporting the HR Manager in managing the ER case load across multiple sites. Stakeholder management is key in this position so I am looking for someone who has a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships.
This position would be perfect for someone who has had exposure to low level ER work who is looking to get exposure to a wide array of employee relations matters. You will support in TUPE projects and help implement the employee engagement strategy. This role will be full on and fast paced from day 1, so I'm looking for a self starter who isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty!
You will be part of a great team and offer an exceptional HR service to the wider workforce. If you're wanting to stretch yourself and get exposure to a true generalist HR position you can't beat this one.
