HR Advisor - Rushden - up to £30,000 - Permanent
Macildowie are pleased to be working exclusively with a well known, brand organisation on the recruitment of an HR Advisor position. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will offer a salary up to £30,000.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be a key HR contact for managers and employees for the breadth of HR queries and will enjoy a generalist remit. The HR Advisor will work closely with the site management team to improve management capability and help foster a culture of inclusivity and high performance. The HR Advisor will also be a key player in delivering an engaging and well executed candidate/ employee journey.
The HR Advisor will take the lead on employee relations matters where required, will be a hands on support to the management team and will take an active role in delivering HR training. The postholder will be responsible for collating people data and producing reports on key staff performance measures. The HR Advisor will keep abreast of changes in legislation, policy and best practice and will proactively work with the business to ensure high levels of HR service and quality people management.
As well as supporting the business from an operational HR perspective, the HR Advisor will also be responsible for elements of reward processes and will take an active role in training design and delivery.
Our client is looking for someone confident and capable of working with autonomy in a fast paced environment. Experience of training delivery and competence in employee relations are a must. CIPD qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
