I am currently working with a client who is looking to bring on board a self-sufficient HR Advisor to provide a proactive, effective and efficient HR Service to managers and employee's with particular emphasis on employee relations, organisational development, performance management and policy development.
-Provide HR guidance and support to the designated client area on all elements of the employee life-cycle ensuring legal compliance and pro-activity in understanding and responding the business needs.
-To work with the management team to own the resourcing plan.
-Deal with all employee relations disputes within your company sector
-Taking a lead role in managing process around change to terms and restructures
-Lead on all of performance management, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
-Extremely strong HR generalist skills.
-Strong leadership skill set with experience of people management.
-Ability to work independently.
-Commercial acumen and insight.
-Developed and practised problem solving and decision making skills.
The ideal candidate will be an HR Advisor of 2/3 years who are looking to make their next step to be a commercial business partner within a large organisation
