Macildowie HR is supporting a fast paced and dynamic organisation based in Newark. A really exciting opportunity to work hand in hand with the HR Manager in managing complex employee relations cases and upskilling managers across the business on various aspects of HR. You will review the monthly and hourly payroll whilst supporting the HR and Finance team with any upcoming projects. This is a fully generalist role and will give you the opportunity to gain true generalist exposure across all avenues of HR.
This business has undergone a huge amount of change over the last 2 years and is now looking for someone to come in who is hungry for development within their role and keen to get exposure to as much as possible. The HR Manager is keen to help someone grow in this role but there is a requirement for a good level of HR knowledge before entering into this role.
The ideal candidate will have c 2-3 years HR experience and have been involved with assisting on low level ER issues such a sickness absence. You must be able to pick things up quickly and have a hungry to get involved with serious and complex HR related queries.
