I'm sourcing for the very first HR Advisor to join a national business based in the heart of Nottingham. This is not a job for the faint hearted, it will be heavily ER focused and will require a real self starter to come into the role and get stuck into some tough, complex cases. You will have a strong background in HR Advisory work and not need an awful lot of direction. You will have full autonomy to take this role wherever you desire, partnering a wider HR function consisting of HR Business Partners, HR Assistants and HR Admins.
This is a company that needs a strong, dynamic character to work alongside the newly appointed HR Director and help champion the evolution of the business. You will be CIPD qualified and have outstanding knowledge in a range of both depth and breadth of employee relations cases.
