Macildowie HR are lucky enough to be working exclusively on a maternity cover role for a well-established, market leading brand based in Leicestershire.
They bring innovation, forward thinking and a proactive approach to the forefront and are constantly growing and evolving.
They are looking for a HR Advisor to join their head office team to assist with the day to day for a minimum of 12 months.
This is a very varied role where the two Advisors work very closely, they share workloads and bounce ideas off each other constantly. You will manage various projects and work as a team to come to a successful conclusion, these would be (but not limited to) system implementations and various annual processes.
You will provide HR Advice and support to HR Officers across the country and assist with any ER cases or policy updates necessary. In addition you will provide extensive and regular reports for the HR Managers covering all realms of HR.
Team fit is massive in this company and therefore they are looking for someone who can have a laugh, join them on socials, but get stuck into the high volume work.
What do we need?
Well we are looking for someone who is happy working a 12 month FTC for the chance to work at this brand, and who has at least advisory level HR experience. In addition to this if you have iTrent experience or CIPD Level 5 your application will be prioritised.
