- Employee relations is top priority and you'll be taking the lead. With cases ranging from absence management though to gross misconduct, you'll have a lot to dig your teeth into.
- Employee engagement is key and you will be free to design and implement the engagement surveys to get into the nitty gritty and improve them from the inside out.
- After embedding yourself in the company culture, you'll know what talent they need to crank things up a gear! So partnering with the HR Admin you will be running the recruitment process end to end.
- As the company is going through an exciting restructure there is also a great opportunity to get involved in TUPE procedures alongside the HR Business Partner.
