I am exclusively partnering an SME organisation just outside of Nottingham City Centre to recruit their first official HR Advisor! There could not be the a better time to join an organisation. They introduced HR almost a year ago and have been driving some exciting change throughout the business that has so far seen a saving of c£250,000 in recruitment costs and a humongous drop in their sickness absence ratings.

There is no transactional HR support, so this role will take full responsibility of all HR duties, operational and transactional.
However, there are big ambitions for the successful candidate.
If you're quite happy to be in a comfortable HR Advisor role for the rest of your career, then I don't think this is the role for you. The Head of HR is looking for a strong and determined HR Advisor who is keen to progress to a HR Business Partner role and start thinking more commercially.
