Due to an internal promotion, I am working on a really exciting HR Advisor position for a long standing client in North Warwickshire. They are looking a candidate with a hands-on approach and strong experience working with a high volume ER caseload.
Reporting in to HR Manager you will be part of a supportive HR Team and working in a great environment, where they look to develop and support their employees.
This role will focus on a high volume of ER cases, working to around 40 cases at a time, so it is essential that you have experience in conducting meetings and investigations. You will be the first point of contact over the telephone and email to provide end-to-end HR advice to all colleagues and line managers across the organisation, specifically in cases around absence and performance management, employee relations and general enquiries around Maternity, Paternity and flexible working.
