What can I say, Macildowie HR have been given the pleasure of working on a one of a kind role, and we're really excited about it!
Why is it so special?
- There is an obvious career path and the chance to learn on a daily basis
- Masses of support from the HR Manager, you will work alongside them not FOR them
- The chance to manage your own work load
- Opportunity to take on additional projects and travel the UK (but don't panic this isn't weekly!)
Who are they I hear you ask?!
Well based in Leicestershire this is an growing sales company who actually produce some pretty exciting stuff! Their offices are expanding and they have some nice on site perks. You will be given certain areas to manage and therefore responsible for all HR support to those employees.
What will you be doing?
This is one of those roles where you will need some exceptional gravitas, brilliant HR Advisor level experience and a level head. You will be responsible for ALL elements of HR, this will include employee relations case management, recruitment, absence management, performance management, booking in trainings and much more. Anything that needs it, can be escalated to the HR Manager who is there to support where necessary.
What they need from you…
To be successful with your application you MUST have CIPD Level 5 or a degree in Human Resources as a minimum, or the equivalent practical work experience.
In addition they are looking for someone who has worked at an advisory level previously or who has had loads of exposure to ER case work.
I cannot express strongly enough how exciting this opportunity is and along with paying £28,000p.a. - £30,000p.a. you can't miss out!
