Macildowie HR are working once again with a manufacturing company based in north Leicestershire. They are a growing, family run, customer orientated business who are going through an exciting period of change.
We are looking for a superstar who can hit the ground running within an advisory level HR role on a permanent basis.
The main focus of this role is to bring the Line Managers on board with HR and coach them with regards to processes in relation to disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.
You will not be pigeon holed in this role, you will be given autonomy to make it your own and develop accordingly. The ability to work on your own accord is mandatory, not due to lack of support but due to the volumes of work required and deadlines they have in place.
The exciting bit = PROJECTS!
Well in all honesty this whole position is one big project. They are currently implementing a new HR system and are looking for someone who might be a tad tach savvy and able to assist process improvement.
To be successful they are not asking the world, you will need knowledge of working within a blue collar environment, previous advisor level experience, a full UK driving licence and a bucket load of resilience and punch!
