Are you an HR adviser who is looking for a varied, busy role? This could be the role for you.
I am looking for a candidate who is ready to partner effectively with the HR manager to transform the HR function. My client is a small organisation with the family feel to it. You must be open-minded and willing to get stuck in in all aspects of HR from the transactional administrators duties to complex ER casework. If you're looking for a challenge, not afraid to get stuck in and love a company who looks after its employees and is willing to let you make this role your own.. this could be YOUR 'new year, new job!'
Oh, did I mention this role has a partnership with Paris (COVID dependant) so every year, you will be able to attend HR functions in Paris!
To be successful in this role you will have to have experience within:
- Working within a unionised environment
- ER casework
- Absence management
- Employee engagement
- Fully generalist HR function
- Management of the recruitment and onboarding process
- Upskilling and training managers on hr procedures and employment law
- Partnering with senior stakeholders
- Transactional HR
The ideal person:
- Friendly, confident and willing to challenge stakeholders and managers
- Hands on in their HR approach
- Ready to get stuck in with ad hoc HR duties
