Are you looking for a role with autonomy in a fast growing company? Do you enjoy getting involved in projects and running recruitment campaigns?
My client is a leading manufacturer based in Wellingborough, and is looking for a HR Advisor to start ASAP and hit the ground running. This role will be based half in the office and half home working.
This role will involve a lot of end to end recruitment, including stakeholder and agency management.
My client is also looking for someone to assist on some exciting projects they are rolling out over the next year, including diversity and inclusion, women in leadership and implementation of a new HR system.
- At least 2 years in a HR Advisor role in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately
- Significant recruitment experience from campaign authorisation to offer stage
- Involvement in previous projects
- Analysis, preparation and presenting of HR reports to recommend measures to improve performance, e.g. cost control
- Significant ER casework experience
This role is likely to be extended past the 6 months initial period.
