Macildowie HR has the pleasure of working with a leading food manufacture to employ for a People Advisor

The Role

As a first point of call for all people aspects within your business area, you will advise line managers on policies, procedures and best practice across all areas of people management.

Some key responsibilities include

  • Managing and supporting the delivery of employee relations casework, which includes, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance cases where required.
  • You will be getting involved with recruitment interviews for supervisors and manager level roles where requested
  • Providing training to managers to up-skill them in areas of people management, policies and procedures

The Candidate

The ideal candidate would ideally be CIPD qualified (although it is not essential), competent with HR systems, but also driven and determined, practical and logical, but also have a sense of curiosity to them- using data and analytics to inform business decisions.

The Package

  • Up to £32,000 p.a.
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
