The permanent division of Macildowie HR are currently partnering with a dynamic and forward thinking business based in Milton Keynes to recruit a Part Time HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The key responsibilities for this role is the organisation and supervision of all Hr related administrative systems, also involving the contribution to the planning, development and monitoring of staff across the business.
If successful, your responsibilities will include;
Supporting the delivery of the comprehensive outsourced HR service, including the preparation of documents for employment tribunals.
Take a lead in planning, developing and monitoring procedures and policies within the HR function.
Take a lead role in the maintenance and development of HRIS
Monitor the work performance of employees, using review data and talent management tools.
Deliver training on HR related matters.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a busy HR department and will either hold or be studying towards their CIPD level 5. As mentioned, this is a part time position, with either 5 half days or 3 full days on offer. The role is looking to pay up to Â£29,000 which will be pro-rata'd down to reflect the hours.
