Macildowie HR are currently working with a leading organisation in recruiting for a HR Administrator or a 12 month FTC. This role will give you the chance to grow and develop within the role and kick start your HR career. Paying up to £22,500.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of HR duties including administration of contracts and reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining the HR files, and calculating/updating any holiday entitlement on the HR system. You will support the wider HR team with looking after the absence management process by ensuring that appropriate paperwork is provided and reports updated. You will look at trends and flag any areas of concern to the line managers.
As well as this you will also be responsible for putting together all new starter packs, offer letters and making any contract amendments. You will also support with the onboarding process for new employees. This role will also give you the opportunity to get involved in some of the payroll process by collating data.
It isn't essential that you have had previous experience with this but you must be willing to get stuck in!
You will have previous experience working in a HR team
Previous experience using systems
Familiarity of using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to prioritise you workload
A high level of confidentiality
CIPD is desirable or willingness to work towards
