Macildowie HR are working with a leading business in Leicester who have a strong presence across Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium and the Netherlands but they still a small company at heart!
The organisation are in need of an interim HR Advisor to join their small and friendly HR team for 3-6 months but this could also turn in to a much longer contract and possibly a permanent position.
This role is due to start ASAP and would suit someone who has a strong background within HR, ideally within ER and a passion for analytics!
You will be supporting line managers on a range of disciplinary issues, right up to dismissal and will work on a caseload of approx. 17-20 a month.
As mentioned above, analytics fall in to the remit of this role in the sense that you will be responsible for and will maintain the bespoke ER Tracker whilst monitoring the data and creating reports as necessary.
You will also advise managers on the performance management process, whilst carrying out reviews and chasing such reviews.
Although there is a recruitment function, some aspects of recruitment will fall in to this
role but in more of a supporting way such as collecting and controlling the ATS and
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus around ER casework
Able to multitask and work with pace as well as with different stakeholders
Like working with data and creating tables to draw out the information needed for board meetings
