This is an exciting opportunity to join a manufacturing company within their HR team. You will be using data information to contribute to the strategy of the company and the HR team.
Conduct research and analyse key aspects of the business performance and identify areas of performance improvement.
Focus on both quantitative and qualitative data surrounding various HR subjects to identify key trends and patterns.
Prepare presentations for senior management, HR and external customers.
Update and ensure all employee data is correct.
Be responsible for analysing and implementing changes to their reward platform and performance system.
Manage reports for management across a necessary time interval, for example daily, weekly, month and quarterly basis.
The Ideal candidate:
You should have excellent analytical skills and have a desire to further investigate the data in order to positively influence the business.. A good working knowledge of database management, including Excel is essential for the role and you should feel confident using these to demonstrate clear and detailed information surrounding company information. You should take the initiative to identify new areas of the business that could benefit from further analysis and take a proactive approach to achieving tangible results for the HR team as well as the wider business.
