The business is a family owned business that have significantly grown due to a new phase of development. Due to this they are looking for a HR & Payroll Assistant to support the Manager in a generalist role for a Maternity cover. The job will be paying a salary of £18,000.
This role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the chance to develop within their career of HR. You will be supporting the HR & Payroll manager with the recruitment process, such as advertising job roles, screening candidates and arranging interviews. You will be required to assist in the induction process for new starters and maintain any training and development given to the employees. The role will also give you the opportunity to process weekly and monthly payroll for employees across the site and making holiday and absence amendments accordingly. You will be given ER casework to support with and implement new changes in line with legislation around policy and procedure.
