Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Part Time Payroller working for a business based in Loughborough. This role sits within a lovely small HR team but is purely payroll and expenses.
This is a part time permanent position 25-30 hours per week
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the 4 weekly payrolls are carried out looking after the payroll from start to completion.
Process and check employee expenses/credit card statements ready for submission to the finance team for payments.
Work with the wider HR team to improve the payroll processes so they are as efficient as possible.
Be the first point of contact for all Payroll queries from employees and managers across all sites
Work with the wider HR team to ensure all HMRC and Tax communications are processed and dealt with in a timely manner
Assist if needed to load new starters onto the HR/Payroll system ensuring we have captured all details correctly
Work with the teams to generate payroll reporting that managers or the Head of HR may require on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
Work with our pension broker to ensure correct information is passed through to set up new starters and leavers.
Logging of sickness on the payroll systems to allow for ongoing reporting and monitoring.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you must have experience of working with Payroll.
