Macildowie HR is currently working in partnership with a market leading organisation in sourcing for a talented Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join their growing team. This role will be paying up
to £25,000 and will offer you the opportunity to gain exposure in a HR and Recruitment based role.
The role will involve looking after the start to finish recruitment process including liaising with managers to take a full and detailed job brief. You will then develop relationships with recruitment agencies, newspaper businesses, the local job centre and any other streams of advertising around the local community in order to help source. You will be required to promote the business and recruit using social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. Once you have collated CV's you will be conducting telephone interviews with candidates and running assessment centres where needed to potential candidates.
The role will enable you to have a large involvement with HR tasks such as the recruitment administration and completion of all necessary new starter paperwork. You will work closely with the learning and development team in collating information together for onboarding training courses. You will use your own initiative to run recruitment drives ensuring that all documentation on the HR system is kept up to date and accurate. You will support the HR Business Partner with performance development and also providing administrative support with disciplinary and grievances. The role will enable you to use your own initiative with creating new ways to recruit and promoting the business and its benefits.
The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and have a willing to want to succeed in fast paced, developmental role. This provides the opportunity to coordinate your own ideas into the business and get full exposure into recruitment and HR from an internal prospective. As you will be the primary point of contact for all recruitment, you must be confident with the role and have previous experience within a Recruitment/HR role.
