A fantastic opportunity to join an award winning, highly desirable online digital marketing company as a HR Assistant. Based in Nottingham city centre, the company is expanding rapidly and they are looking for a HR Assistant to join the team.
The role will involve generalist HR duties for the team and there is the chance to get involved in some advisory level duties further down the line. Key parts of the role will be:
Prepare and administer all employee life cycle paperwork
Carry out new starter reference checks
Administer global benefits as necessary
Support on ad hoc HR projects as they arise (e.g. Pension auto enrolment)
Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries from staff either in person, by telephone or via email and escalate to the HR Manager as required
Be responsible to run HR reports
Opportunity to be involved in note taking and investigations where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be CIPD qualified and have experience working in a HR role previously. You should have a passion for HR and enjoy project work as well as being solutions focused. It will be important to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders so a confident and personable manor will be advantageous.
