Macildowie HR are working with an interesting business in Nottinghamshire as they are looking for an HR Assistant to join them on a 12 month contract basis initially. Offering a salary between £16,000-£18,000.
The business have 1200 employees across the UK and this role will sit within the HR team based at Huthwaite. You will report directly in to the HR Shared Service Manager and work closely with 2 other HR Assistants.
As the HR Assistant you will get involved with a wide range of generalist HR Administrative duties including the generation of contracts, adding new starters onto the system and dealing with reference requests. Alongside this, you will assist the HR Team with phone queries and day to day operational matters, support recruitment administration, including managing and coordinating vacancies.

You will have exposure to some key skills that may not be attainable in larger organisations. You must have had some previous experience working in a HR administrator position, and be looking to expand on your current knowledge within an environment that is supportive and friendly.
