Macildowie HR are working with a well known organisation in South Leicestershire. They currently have an opening from an HR Advisor to join the bright and bubbly team for a short FTC! Fantastic opportunity to gain retail and distribution exposure, offering £20,000-£25,000 and the best benefits!
To support the HR Team, in particular the Head of HR and HR Business Partner, with a wide range of ER issues
Maintain an up to date knowledge of HR policies, procedures and principles to ensure appropriate advice is given to all employees and managers
To undertake various aspects such as inviting employees and note taking in the meetings
Deal with HR enquiries as appropriate
Support the rest of the HR and Payroll team to shape their development and day structure whilst assisting with adhoc projects within the team as and when directed
Establish and maintain relationships with managers and staff at all levels.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience of working within a distribution function would be preferred but not necessary
Be a team player who can develop relationships and rapport easily with people
Be organised, flexible and have a keen eye for detail
Have initiative and want to take on challenges and new ideas
Able to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
