Macildowie HR are working exclusively with an instantly recognisable global business who are looking for an interim HR Assistant at their Castle Donington office.
You will be part of a fun and supportive team that are looking for day to day assistance; this role will be super varied and busy.
You will support with the recruitment process by posting adverts internally and externally as well as assisting the Hiring Managers with external advertising, utilising external providers.
Administering all new starter requirements will fall within this role, this includes new starter checks, offer letters, contracts and reference checks.
You will be an excel whizz, having the ability to manipulate data and use Vlookups and pivots.
The Ideal Candidate
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must in this position, as is applying the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Basic HR knowledge and understanding would be advantageous.
