I am currently working in partnership with a leading Logistics business that have an opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to be the main point of contact covering 2 sites in Milton Keynes directly supporting the regional HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to enhance their already strong Employee Relations experience within a great business having support in place but the autonomy to work on their own.
Covering the HR requirements for the full employee lifecycle, this 24 hour company is looking for a candidate who has experience of recruitment, Employee Relations (complex cases), Sickness and Absence Management, regional HR workload's, occupational health and having had successful time management within a fast paced and busy environment.
Looking for someone who is a productive and hardworking individual with a "can do" attitude. You will be capable of working in a high volume role and managing various tasks simultaneously. As this is almost stand alone you would be responsible for the administration element of this role also but this is at a senior level where the majority of your time will be devoted to operational HR. If you are looking to establish your career within an organisation and are willing to develop your experience within a generalist role, having a flexible attitude being available on-call as and when required and happy to travel to assist other sites as and when required, then this should be the job for you.
