Macildowie are partnering with a Burton based organisation who are looking for a HR Assistant to take on a generalist HR role for them. This is a business that put their people at the forefront of everything they do and have the ability to grow and develop the right candidate. Salary will be between £20,000 and £23,000 dependant on experience.

You will be part of an experienced HR team and your role will be to support in the day-to-day HR operations. This will include assisting with and being involved in the recruitment process, completing the HR administration for new hires and proactively dealing with HR queries from employees in person and on site. Payroll is outsourced but you will be responsible for managing the relationship. This will be a generalist role which will allow you to get involved in many different aspects of HR. You will be part of a close knit team and you will be an integral part of their HR processes and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally come from a HR Administrator or HR Assistant background where you have been involved in general HR duties as well as having some exposure to recruitment. You will be confident in your ability and will be looking to develop and build upon your existing skills. You should be a team player, organised and enjoy all aspects of HR.
