In this busy and varied role you will be responsible for HR and ER issues across the business. You will work with the advisory team to support on a number of topics and will specifically lead on a range of ER cases from disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management etc. Providing information to line managers is a key focus for the business moving forwards, so keeping communication lines open and clear will be essential. You will also ensure that policies and procedures are up to date and new policies are produced and enforced when necessary. You will be required to review appraisals and ensure that training needs are met. Other responsibilities include administrative duties, maintaining and updating the HR database and monitoring absence.
Experience needed to be successful in this roles:
- Proven Generalist experience
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
