Macildowie are partnering with an amazing business who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their established HR department; this is a great opening to work within a truly people focused organisation.
You will be working within a busy HR department, the team provides a wide range of support to the head office and field based teams. This includes recruitment and selection, pay and bonuses, inductions, individual personal reviews, head office training, learning and development, and absence recording. Effective communications and team work are vital, with quality customer service being the key to success.
This role is super exciting and would be most suited to a team player, someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment. You'll join an already busy team with lots of key projects on the go.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the team with day to day tasks such as preparing contracts of employment, shortlisting and preparing interview packs, training administration as well as general administration.
To be successful in this role you will have a HR qualification and experience working in a HR role previously. You should have a passion for HR and enjoy project work as well as being solutions focused. It will be important to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders so a confident and personable manor will be advantageous.
