You will be supporting the HR Manager in the day-to-day operations.
You will be supporting a HR Business Partner with their key responsibilities.
You will have the chance to be involved with and assist in the recruitment process.
Complete HR Assistant tasks, including updating the HR system, sending the required documents to new hires and ensuring all paperwork is received.
Process termination notices and ensure correct payment is sent out
Proactively deal with HR queries from employees and deal with them in a timely and efficient manor.
The Ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and have a solid grounding in a HR Administrative role. You should be professional, confident using and improving systems and you should be highly organised. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company who can develop your career.
