Job Description

Macildowie HR are delighted to be working with an organisation who are recognised as operating at the top of their profession and with an enviable reputation for excellence, to help them recruit an HR Assistant on a permanent basis. This role will pay between £18,000-£20,000p.a and comes with an excellent range of benefits.

The purpose of the role will be to ensure that high levels of HR Administration are produced for the organisation. As the leading candidate, you will pay particular attention to accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality and have an acute awareness of the importance of creating an excellent brand reputation for the HR team internally.

Day to day, there will be a large focus on the maintenance of employee data, including payroll and training information. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in recruitment processes - including the production of role profiles, the facilitation of interviews and the development of these people through administering training programmes.

About 15% of your role will also entail you working closely with your colleague in Payroll to administer payroll, pension and benefits schemes.

You may either be immediately available or on a 4 week notice period and your salary offered will be somewhere between £18,000-£20,000p.a. You must have a CIPD level 3
