This company have really shone throughout the lockdown, hiring brand new roles into the team and not being affected too much by the pandemic at all! If you're after a refreshingly people centric and collaborative organisation, then look no further. These guys have got great workplace culture down. Although they are still evolving, they really value their workforce and are constantly investing back into the people that continue to make the company great!
I appreciate that these are desperate times and a lot of people are finding they need a new job quick! But this isn't just a 'stepping stone' role for someone. This business needs someone that is ready to commit to an employer and is looking for a long term, part time role within a fantastic organisation with a people lead culture. The work and effort you put into your role will be rewarded in abundance, whether that's with 'Foody Fridays', quarterly dinner events (when restaurants are back up and running and it's safe of course!), mega Christmas do's or a genuinely passionate workforce...you're in good hands.
